Ordering & Purchasing & Shipping

Where can I place my order?

You can place your order directly from our website by selecting the product and clicking “add to cart.” You can view any items in your cart and have the opportunity to add or remove items from your order.

How do I create a customer ID?
When you place an order through our website, there will be a prompt to create a customer ID and password. Returning customers will have the option to “sign in” using your customer ID and password.
Why must I create an account to place an order on your website?
We request you to create an account to make future purchases easier for you, and this way you have tracking information for shipped orders along with access to your purchase history.
What types of payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also allow customers to purchase products via PayPal.
Is my personal information secure when ordering through your website?
All online orders are protected by SSL Encryption.  Our online store complies with the highest level of PCI (Payment Card Industry), hence the Padlock Icon on the URL of your browser. We do not give out personal information to third parties. All orders are charged when your order ships. Tantriss only stores credit card information if you ask us to save your information through the checkout process.
How will my purchase show up on my credit card statement?
Your purchase will appear as charged from Essential Living Inc.
 Do you charge sales tax?
All orders made from our webstore are tax free, except orders placed and shipped in Illinois.  Those orders will be charged sales tax of 9.75%.
How discrete are my orders shipped to me?
All orders will be shipped via USPS (delivery option of your choice) in a brown box. The return address information on the package is from Essential Living Inc.
Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Naperville Illinois,United States. We are working on further expanding our distribution locations to the EU, Canada, and Asia.
How soon will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped within two business days after the order is placed. Orders may be expected up to a week for delivery. Alternative shipping options are also presented at checkout. It may be necessary to allow 24 hours for USPS to update specified tracking information from the exact date your item shipment notification is sent via your provided email.
Am I responsible for covering taxes and duties on international orders?
Yes, recipients are accountable for any taxes and duties relevant in the country of transfer.

Customer Service

What can I expect from your return policy?
We accept returns of purchased items unopened, with all original wrapping intact within 30 days of receipt for a refund, store credit, or exchange. To ensure safety and sanitation to our customers, the nature of our products do not allow us to accept returns on opened or used products.

If you leave a message, a customer care representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.

Does the Umie product require batteries?
No, Umie is made with a high quality Lithium Ion Rechargeable Battery, and comes with a charging cable.
Is the Umie product waterproof?
Yes, the Umie vibrator is completely waterproof, rated at IPX7, Umie can withstand being under water for up to 30 minutes up to 10 feet. You can enjoy the product in the shower or completely underwater without sacrificing the toys performance or
longevity.
How do I control the heat feature of the Umie product?
The heat is controlled via our interactive app interface. You simply go under the settings and you or your partner can control the heat from any location. The heat function works underwater as well. Note, it may take up to 10 minutes to get maximum heat.
Do you use body safe materials to make your products?
At Tantriss we are committed to using only the safest and high quality materials in all of our products. Umie is made with soft as skin silicone that has been fully tested to ensure a safe experience.
What lubricants are safe to use with my Umie product?
Water based lubricants are the safest option. If you wish to use a silicone-based lubricant, we recommend to perform a patch-test beforehand. Please refrain from using hand creams or massage oils as lubricants.
Does the Umie charger require an adapter if I’m outside of the US?

Our charger is the same in terms of input. The input voltage starts at Xv and goes up to Xv so it can be used worldwide with the correct adapter.

What is the warranty policy for the Umie product?

Tantriss offers a 1 year limited warranty on the product from its original date of purchase. The warranty covers workmanship and materials of the product, it does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by wear and tear of damage, caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failure to use the item in a safe manner. Any attempt to open or take apart the product will void the warranty.
